This was a challenge for members of the Ajax Doll club named H2O. She is a fabric based doll with polymer clay arms.I made her wings of sea shells and her boobies are shells as well as her pretty necklace and eyes. She once had a bag of collected shells but a wave pulled them back into the sea! She looks for them still! Her torso is wrapped with dyed cotton depicting the sandy shore with sea foam of Organza over it. Her skirt represents waves catching the light.Crystals held by thin wires fall around the waves with more crystals as droplets of sea spray cascading from her Angelina fiber topknot of hair. I used a candle to burn the ends of the strips of fabric to make them curl like waves and strung plastic beads of various shades of blue.
She doesn't mind me using her as a tea cozy.
